Question 1

How much does a new roof cost in the Greater Phoenix area?

Accepted Answer

Most asphalt shingle re-roofs in the Greater Phoenix area run between $9,500 and $16,000 depending on square footage, pitch, and tear-off conditions. Tile lift-and-relay projects typically range from $11,000 to $22,000. We walk every roof in person before quoting so the number you get is the number you pay.

Question 2

Are your roof inspections really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our standard roof inspection is 100% free with no obligation. We climb the roof, document underlayment condition, flashing, valleys, and penetrations, and email you the report with photos so you can decide what to do next on your timeline. An optional in-depth 17-point inspection is also available.

Question 3

How long does a roof replacement take?

Accepted Answer

A typical Arizona shingle re-roof finishes in 1 to 2 days. A tile lift-and-relay usually takes 3 to 5 days. We protect your landscaping, run a magnet sweep for nails at the end of every shift, and clean up the same day so your home stays livable.

Question 4

Do you work directly with my insurance company on storm damage?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monsoon, hail, and wind claims are a regular part of our work across Arizona. We meet your adjuster on-site, document the damage with our own photos, and write a scope that matches the actual repair. When a claim is approved, homeowners typically pay only their deductible.

Question 5

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Every full re-roof comes with our workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's material warranty (commonly 30 to 50 years on shingles, 50+ years on concrete tile). Repairs carry a 1 to 5 year workmanship warranty depending on scope.

Question 6

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Power Peak Roofing is fully licensed (Arizona ROC #361724), bonded, and carries general liability plus workers' comp. We can email you our certificates of insurance before any work starts.

Question 7

How often should I have my roof inspected in Arizona?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a free inspection once a year, ideally in late spring before monsoon season starts in July. Tile roofs over 18 years old should be inspected annually because the underlayment is usually past its service life even when the tile still looks fine.

Question 8

Do you do emergency roof repairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We respond to emergency leaks and storm damage 24/7. Call (602) 975-3359 and we'll tarp the roof or stop the leak the same day in most cases, then schedule the permanent repair around your insurance timeline.
